Comfort Hotel Kochi

This hotel was great! Right by Kochi Station, it offers prime location for quick trips to nearby destinations in Shikoku. We went to Aki and Sakawa, and thanks to the close location we literally headed out some 10 or 15 minutes before the train would depart, which is very convenient. The check-in and check-out experience is fully automated, which is interesting but also efficient, as I saw no queues during our week long stay. The breakfast was very good, set in an ample cafe that is turned into a library for the rest of the day, with free coffee and tea so you can get to read comfortably for when it rains all day long. Room was awesome -- spacious, well taken care of, spotless clean, and with an amazing view. Room service was timely and thorough. Would definitely recommend, I will gladly stay here if I ever visit charming Kochi again!

Love the location, the lovely library and temporary luggage parking facility (a first that I've come across), hearty breakfast selection, and the room shower/toilet and overall floor space is spacious for a city hotel. We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

The location is very convenient and very near the JR station. The checkin staff is very polite and helpful. We came late and the car park was full, we were allowed to use the disabled carpark which was the only one left. The hotel is very new. I don’t know if it is newly renovated or it is a new hotel. Everything is clean and modern. The hotel provides free coffee till 12 midnight. The breakfast is free for all guests and is very tasty. Coffee tastes good too. The cheese bun is excellent. Self checkout procedure is very easy. Just insert your room card into the machine and it’s all done! The self luggage storage with chain lock is interesting and convenient.

I've been staying in hotels all around the country for nearly 10 years and this is easily the cleanest room I've ever stayed in. Spotless. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. The list of all included services is impressive. We borrowed bikes at no extra cost and rode them around Kochi for hours. The breakfast is an ever changing buffet every morning that started our days off on the right foot. The hotel can be seen from the entrance of JR Kochi station and couldn't have been better. We really enjoyed our trip to Kochi but this hotel really made the stay even better.

Hotel is really well located. Rooms are ok size, cleaned every day. Breakfast was good, different options to pick from, breakfast room is spacious. Parking was very convenient, we were always able to park at the hotel but they also have recommendations in case it’s full.
